Job Description- Be the driving force for the growth and optimization of our European Autohero and WKDA Transport Network
- Lead Key Logistics Initiatives from our european headquarters and implement them with the teams in our local markets
- Focus on the KPIs: Capacity, Lead Times and Cost
- Work closely with our Product Teams to implement processes in our Tech solutions
- In this function you will be reporting directly to our Director Consumer Logistics Europe
- Previous experience in consulting or within a fast-paced (Startup) environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with individuals ranging from junior team members to top executives
- Proven experience in successfully managing projects within a cross-functional, international setting
- Proficiency in English at the C1 level
