Czym będziesz się zajmował/a, jeśli do nas dołączysz?

· Koordynacją oraz prowadzeniem od strony technicznej procesu otwarć nowych sklepów oraz przebudów i relokacji sklepów funkcjonujących;

· Współpracą z architektami, projektantami, inspektorami nadzoru, wykonawcami oraz innymi osobami uczestniczącymi w procesie budowlanym, a także z działami wewnątrz firmy (audyt, BHP, handlowy, IT, koncept);

· Koordynacją procedur administracyjnych związanych z projektami budowlanymi (pozwolenia na budowę, użytkowanie, itp.);

· Egzekucją udzielanych gwarancji i rękojmi oraz rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z eksploatacją zrealizowanych projektów;

 

 

Dołącz do nas, jeśli:

· Masz doświadczenie w realizacji inwestycji budowlanych obiektów komercyjnych i/lub utrzymaniu technicznym obiektów;

· Swobodnie komunikujesz się w języku angielskim (minimum poziom B1);

· Znasz programy konieczne do zarządzania projektem (w szczególności MS Office, AutoCad);

· Jesteś absolwentem uczelni wyższej o kierunku technicznym;

· Mile widziane uprawniania budowlane, sanitarne i/ lub elektryczne;

· Znasz przepisy Prawa Budowlanego i BHP;

· Masz prawo jazdy kategorii B i jesteś gotów do wyjazdów służbowych na obszarze całego kraju.
