We are currently looking for a Project Manager  ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

What you will be doing?

Position: Project Manager – DORA Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a  6-month contract to oversee the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) within our company.

Key Responsibilities: Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of the DORA project Collaborating with internal teams and external partners Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Skills you should have

Project Manager acts as a point of contact. This requires great communication skills and stakeholder management knowledge to ensure that communication in a project will be transparent, smooth, and effective. 
A crucial aspect of project management and the PM role is to ensure that the project won’t be blocked due to unexpected situations and if that happens, then the PM will manage it. This requires a risk management plan and skills to adapt quickly to new situations. You will control and monitor project progress and when any deviations from the plan happen you will act on it.
To sum up; those skills are key to being successful in the PM role at Aion Bank: sound judgement, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, time & cost management (knowing cost & schedule impact).
Requirements:
Experience managing projects related to financial regulations Knowledge of DORA principles and operational resilience standards Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders Contract Duration: This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
