Position: Customer Care Specialist with Bulgarian

Location: Warsaw, Mokotów

Working Mode: On-site

 

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent in Bulgarian (C1)
  • Goodin English 

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance and information for customer inquiries
  • Managing complaints, troubleshooting issues
  • Back-office tasks take up 70% of your time (email + chat)
