Wyjątkowy Program Rozwoju w Sprzedaży u Lidera Branży elektrobudowlanej

Jeden z naszych klientów, wiodąca firma z branży elektrobudowlanej otwiera program przeznaczony dla absolwentów szkół technicznych lub wyższych (również w trakcie studiów zaocznych), umożliwiając objęcie stanowisk wspierających sprzedaż. W ramach projektu wybrani kandydaci, będą mogli rozwijać się w trzech interesujących obszarach:

  • Field Marketing Executive Distribution: Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z dystrybutorami marki oraz wsparcie procesu sprzedaży na przypisanym obszarze.
  • Field Marketing Executive Distribution Job Site Solutions: Wsparcie dystrybutorów w dotarciu do klientów końcowych i sprzedaży produktów. Możliwość pracy jako specjalista wszechstronny lub w konkretnej kategorii produktów (np. hydraulika, budownictwo, motoryzacja).
  • Field Marketing Executive Distribution End Users: Organizacja dużych wydarzeń/eventów oraz odwiedzanie użytkowników końcowych wraz z przedstawicielami handlowymi dealerów.

Nasze wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie średnie techniczne lub wyższe (może być w trakcie studiów zaocznych)
  • Pierwsze doświadczenie zawodowe w sprzedaży/sprzedaży technicznej/sprzedaży B2B mile widziane
  • Motywacja do nauki i zdobywania wiedzy o nowych produktach oraz rozwiązaniach technicznych
  • Umiejętności komunikacyjne i prezentacyjne oraz zdolność nawiązywania kontaktów
  • Prawo jazdy kategorii B
  • Dla kandydatów mówiących biegle po angielsku możliwość uczestnictwa w Europejskim Programie dla Absolwentów (angielski nie jest wymagany).
