- monitorowanie i wstępne analizowanie przepisów prawa i regulacji oraz praktyk zawodowych dotyczących branży odzieżowej oraz spożywczej oraz przygotowywanie comiesięcznego monitoringu przepisów prawa,
- monitorowanie wdrożeń zmian przepisów prawa w organizacji przy współpracy z Działem Prawnym,
- ścisła współpraca z Compliance Officerem oraz przedstawicielami innych działów w organizacji w celu identyfikacji potencjalnych luk w zakresie zgodności i opracowywania/wdrażania planów działań naprawczych,
- tworzenie polityk oraz procedur, a także monitorowanie ich funkcjonowania,
- budowanie procesu weryfikacji kontrahentów,
- organizacji szkoleń z zakresu Compliance: prowadzenie komunikacji wewnętrznej i przygotowywanie materiałów,
- wsparcie przy przygotowaniu organizacji do raportowania zrównoważonego rozwoju (ESG).

- posiada wykształcenie prawnicze,
- bardzo dobrze zna język angielski,
- zna pakiet MS Office,
- ma dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne,

- jest chętna do nauki,
- ma roczne doświadczenie zawodowe w dziale Compliance lub ESG.
