At Amazon Wizards, we simplify Amazon growth for 7-9 figure brands using our Plug'n'Play full-service strategy and AI-powered insights. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in defining strategies, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving exceptional results. You'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure our clients not only meet but exceed their goals.

Key Responsibilities:Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Regularly review key performance metrics
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use discernment to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proactively identify issues that could impact client success and implement solutions promptly.
  • Collaborate with our in-house Data Analyst to create comprehensive reports summarizing performance and actionable insights.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop effective Amazon marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve workflows and systems for greater efficiency.
  • Document best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Create hypotheses for A/B tests and execute them with our design team.
  • Improve existing marketing strategies and develop them further.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Provide clear, insightful updates and recommendations to clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with team members to align on priorities and objectives.
  • Work closely with the design department to maximize our clients' success on Amazon.

Required Qualifications:Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within the e-commerce or digital marketing industry.
  • Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, PPC advertising, SEO optimization, and related tools.
  • Familiarity with flat files and troubleshooting on Amazon.
