About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Strategy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive client success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly review key performance metrics, identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement, and use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client objectives, continuously seek ways to improve workflows and systems for greater efficiency, and document best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships through clear, insightful updates and recommendations, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within the ecommerce or digital marketing industry, with proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, PPC advertising, SEO optimization, and related tools.
  • Skills and Attributes: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts, proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, strategic thinking with the ability to develop effective advertising strategies that drive client success, tenacity demonstrated track record of seeing tasks and projects through to completion, discernment to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
