We are now looking for a full-time Finance Manager/CFO for our Krakow location.

Opis stanowiska

  • Supervise, analyze, and manage the company's finances,
  • Coordinate and manage the Administration Team,
  • Coordinate and collaborate with local external accounting and tax consultancy,
  • Independently prepare the company's annual financial statements in close cooperation with external consultants and the headquarters in Germany,
  • Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems,
  • Perform cash/liquidation planning, investment and project controlling, and analysis of deviations,
  • Develop forecasts and budgets
    Generate company-related reports, forecasts, and regular reports for local management and headquarters,
  • Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting,
  • Consolidate financial data from local accounting
    Group (IFRS) and Local (PL GAAP) Financial statements,
  • Enhance and optimize financial processes,
  • Oversee all audit and internal control operations.

Wymagania

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven record of success,
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.,
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations,
  • Extensive professional experience in the finance department of an industrial or software company, preferably in a managerial role,
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis and forecasting,
  • Analytical mindset with strategic abilities,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with financial software,
  • Ideally, prior experience with IBM Cognos,
  • Familiarity with Percent of Completion (POC), work-in-progress valuation, and IFRS 15,
  • Group (IFRS) and Local (PL GAAP) Financial statements,
  • Familiarity with HFM,
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1 level),
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
