Location: Warsaw (Remote with 50% international travel)

About the Role

Galderma is seeking a Distributor Alliance Manager to lead and optimize Sales & Marketing operations across the key markets, ensuring alignment with global strategies and fostering strong distributor relationships to drive growth and profitability.

Core Responsibilities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and partners
• Effective communication to ensure alignment on goals and strategies
• Developing and implementing distribution strategies to maximize market penetration
• Aligning distributor activities with organizational objectives
• Negotiating contracts, terms, and performance metrics with distributors.
• Analysing market trends and distributor performance data
• Identifying areas of improvement and proposing actionable solutions
• Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, and supply chain) to support distributors.
• Understanding regional market dynamics and cultural differences
• Tailoring strategies to fit diverse markets
• Budget management and financial forecasting
• Inspiring and motivating distributor teams to achieve targets
• Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
• Navigating challenges such as market fluctuations or regulatory changes
• Adjusting strategies quickly when needed
