For our new Supply Chain Planning team in Warsaw (Poland) we are looking for
Active Ingredients Material Planners
Your role is to secure materials at the local plant level, including tollers, to support the Master Production Schedule respecting vendor and delivery lead times. This role interfaces closely with the Detailed Scheduler who maintains manufacturing/plant production resource scheduling for the 1-2 weeks horizon.
What you do with us
You convert a Purchase Requisition to a Purchase Order against an outline agreement or create a purchase requisition. You convert Planned Stock Transfer Requisitions to Stock Transfer Orders You communicate with suppliers to expedite on time deliveries. You maintain close communication with Master Scheduler to review any changes on the schedule or escalate issues as required. You coordinate with Regulatory and Master Scheduler required packaging / label changesYour qualification
Bachelor`s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Management Advanced Supply Chain or Project Management Certification preferred (CSCP, CPIM, CPM) 5+ years of experience in multiple areas that would include time spent in functional supply chain role as well as manufacturing, procurement, finance or another business function in a multi-national environment. High level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint ERP experience is required (SAP preferred) Direct experience in a planning role along with advanced planning system experience requiredIf you are convinced that you can make a difference in this position and share our commitment to diversity, collaboration, and quality, we look forward to receiving your application.
