Your future team

We are looking for a Sourcing, Procurement & Purchasing Trainee to join our Indirect procurement team to assist us to ensure that our suppliers are compliant with our guidelines for Suppliers to the ROCKWOOL Group. The indirect team is located in Poznan (PL) and Hedehusene (DK). You will be reporting to our Director for Procurement services who is located in Poznan.

What you will be doing

Data collection hereunder also collecting contact data for suppliers

Contact to suppliers

Follow up on update process and data quality

Update Master Data for Suppliers – hereunder qualification of existing suppliers after update of compliance data

What you bring

You are currently a student studying in a University, and has interest/flair for working with people in an international environment

Fluency in English, Polish and preferably one other European language​

Availability around 30h/week

You are highly driven, flexible and appreciate the freedom of planning your own work

Structured working style, attention to details, and analytical skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills
