We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Core Business Services team in Warsaw, who will support our recruitment processes across various departments: IT, HR, Finance, Legal and many others. We require experience in corporate recruitment and knowledge of direct sourcing methods.

You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from requirements analysis with the department to sourcing and closing. You advise hiring managers on sustainable recruiting strategies, act as a sparring partner for the stakeholders. You are responsible for attracting candidates and conduct initial video interviews with talents to inspire them to join us. You guide our talents through the entire selection process. From screening incoming applications to extending offers. You are responsible for maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). You are responsible for source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media and networking. You will collaborate with HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies. Your profile: You have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an international context or professional services. You communicate persuasively and have fluent English skills. You have good knowledge of MS 365 Office (MS Teams and Outlook as a must). You work independently and in a structured manner, combined with flexibility and organizational talent. You enjoy communicating with internal and external target groups and always act solution-oriented, even in stressful situations. You have strong organizational and time management abilities. You have completed a degree in economics, psychology, human resource management, or a similar field.
