We at Damovo Poland are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Architect (m/f/d) to join our Unified Communication and Audio – Video team. The Presales Architect will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales initiatives by providing technical expertise and solution design for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of our product and service offerings, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored ICT/UCC/AV solutions that meet their business needs
• Design and architect innovative solutions across various domains including unified communications, collaboration, audio – video solutions and enterprise networking
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions
• Create detailed proposals, solution designs, and technical documentation to support sales efforts
• Engage with customers to gather technical requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices and solution implementation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and competitive
• Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth transition from presales to project implementation
• Provide technical training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote Damovo Poland's solutions and build relationships with potential customers

 

Experience and skills we are looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales or solution architect role within the ICT industry
• Strong knowledge of unified communications, collaboration, audio – video solutions and enterprise networking
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex Audio – Video Solutions for enterprise clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Deep knowledge regarding Cisco, Microsoft, Poly HP, Pexip, AMX and others UCC vendors are highly welcomed
• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken
