Naszą ambicją jest wspieranie ludzi w odkrywaniu możliwości płynących z połączenia technologii i zdrowego stylu życia. Tworzymy aplikacje w obszarze fitnessu, odżywiania i mindfulness, dzięki którym udowadniamy, że nie ma jednej właściwej drogi do zdrowego życia. 

 

Stworzyliśmy 6 aplikacji dostępnych dla użytkowników na całym świecie, które zostały pobrane ponad 5.000.000 razy i pracujemy nad kolejnymi Zostaliśmy nagrodzeni App Essentials i App of the Day przez Apple, ale sięgamy po więcej.

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego

  • doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i organizacyjne

  • gotowość do przyswajania nowej wiedzy i informacji
  • umiejętność pracy w zespole

Obowiązki:

  • odpowiadanie na zapytania użytkowników aplikacji drogą mailową
  • udzielanie informacji na temat funkcjonalności w aplikacjach
  • pomoc użytkownikom w doborze diety i treningów
  • podstawowa pomoc techniczna dotycząca korzystania z aplikacji
  • obsługa zapytań pojawiających się w social mediach
  • pełna obsługa odbywa się zarówno w języku polskim i angielskim
