CE QUE NOUS PROPOSONS:

Concevoir et mettre en œuvre les stratégies de gestion des connaissances et les feuilles de route, afin d'optimiser la base de connaissances pour soutenir nos objectifs (self-service, engagement des clients et des employés). Développer, former et diriger une équipe d'auteurs de connaissances et de champions de la connaissance. Surveiller l'efficacité et l'efficience du processus de gestion des connaissances et des normes de qualité, afin d'identifier les risques et les domaines à améliorer. Identifier les améliorations en effectuant une analyse des causes profondes, et développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions. Encourager une culture de travail collaboratif et de partage des connaissances entre les pays et les équipes (de projet) pour partager les meilleures pratiques, la collaboration et la résolution de problèmes. Collaborer avec les clients, les propriétaires de produits, les responsables de centre de contacts et d'autres parties prenantes pour positionner nos solutions de connaissances. Construire et favoriser une communauté de gestion des connaissances soutenant l'exécution réussie des stratégies et se concentrant sur l'ajout de valeur à notre entreprise. Veiller à ce que les employés et les clients disposent de contenus de haute qualité à portée de main qui ajoutent de la valeur à leur expérience. Être un expert en la matière pour les questions relatives à la base de connaissances.

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS:

Minimum Bac +3 en gestion en affaires ou en communication Minium trois ans d'expérience en gestion des connaissances et en création de contenu dans un environnement de service Succès avéré dans la gestion du changement/l'amélioration continue Grand sens de l'organisation, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets et parties prenantes simultanément Excellentes compétences en communication et en rédaction Succès avéré dans l'organisation de sessions créatives avec les parties prenantes Sens du travail d'équipe Capacité à nouer des relations avec un large éventail de parties prenantes dans plusieurs pays et à différents niveaux de hiérarchie Utilisation des systèmes de base de connaissances tels que Zendesk, Salesforce, Dynamics Anglais courant

YOUR MISSIONS:

Design and implement the knowledge management strategies and roadmaps, top optimize knowledge base in support of our objectives (self-service, customer and employee engagement) Grow, develop & lead a team of knowledge authors and knowledge champions. Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the knowledge management process and quality standards, to identify risks and areas for improvement Identify improvements by performing root cause analysis, and development and implement solutions Encourage a culture of collaborative workflows and knowledge sharing among countries and (project) teams to share best practices, collaboration and problem solving Partner with customers and product owners, CC managers and other stakeholders to position our knowledge solutions Build and foster a knowledge management community supporting successful execution of the strategies and focus on adding value to our business Ensure employees and customers have high quality content at their fingertips that adds value to their experience Be a subject matter expert for knowledge base matters

YOUR PROFILE:

Bachelordegree in business or communications A minimum of three years experience in knowledge management and content creation in a service environment Proven success in managing change/continuous improvement High degree of organization, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel Excellent communication and writing skills Proven success in hosting creative sessions with stakeholders Team player who can build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders in multiple countries and across levelsof hierarchy Proficient use in knowledge base systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Dynamics Self-starting team player Customer first mentality Fluent in English
