Job Description

  • Develop and execute retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn rates.

  • Utilize customer.io software to create targeted and personalized email marketing campaigns aimed at retaining existing customers.

  • Craft compelling copy for email campaigns, ensuring messaging is effective and aligns with brand tone and values.

  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in retention efforts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retention marketing within the gambling, gaming, or betting sectors.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retention marketing, preferably within the gambling, gaming, or betting industry.

  • Proficiency in both Ukrainian and English languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience using customer.io software or similar email marketing platforms.

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Proven track record of driving results in customer retention and engagement initiatives.
