The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Liaising with both Polish & European candidates
- Keeping them warm and composed right from the profile submission, interview schedule to being shortlisted
- Liaising with them on the queries which may arise in the paperwork and to liaise with HR team to bridge those gaps
- Ensure contract/paperwork is completed on timely basis so that they join the project
The Profile
- You have at least 3 to 5 years experience HR Administrative functions .
- Need Candidate who can join Immediately.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- Communicate effectively with Polish and European candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Address candidate inquiries regarding paperwork and collaborate with the HR team to resolve any issues.
- Fluent in both Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
