BAT POLAND IS LOOKING FOR A CAMPAIGN EXECUTIVE

SENIORITY LEVEL: junior management

FUNCTION: Marketing

SALARY RANGE: competitive salary + excellent benefits + market leading bonus

LOCATION: Warsaw, Poland

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The aim of the Campaign Executive role is to ensure best in class execution of the marketing campaigns planning to B2B & B2C in Baltics countries. The key duties includes co-shaping together with Campaign Manager the activation plan to ensure using most efficient & consumer oriented tools to build awareness among B2B partners & Consumers, being the key contact for end market teams.

Your daily work will require very well developed organization & orchestration skills to manage different stakeholders and ensure timely & best in class execution. To do so, you will be cooperating with people in the Warsaw office, holding hybrid meeting but as well this position requires some business trips to Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia, to get best understanding of local specifics. Fluent English is a must for the candidate to enable performing a duties efficiently in the international environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Supporting Campaign Manager in the strategic and operational activation planning and providing inputs for the categories. Manage project groups with all cross functional stakeholders involved in the project to secure timely & best in class execution in the market. Participation in monthly operational meetings & preparing your input for the meeting Support in budget management, ensuring over view activations spent on the dedicated lines Providing briefs & guidelines for the POSM/Activation preparation & tracking realisation Input for the preparation of the activation plan for the next year Acting as a point of contact for activation matters in dedicated categories

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Min. 2 years of experience in marketing/commercial function in international environment Good knowledge of MS Office Distinctive communication skills Business fluent language skills in English and Polish Excellent skills in driving an agenda involving many multiple points of interactions / stakeholders Self-driven team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong drive to challenge status quo, dealing with ambiguity & ability to see things from new perspective Capacity to nurture in a target driven environment & be organized in approach Basic understanding of Agency scope and management of creative assets to meet business objectives

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Management or similar
