Job Description:

SQA Digital Insights (DI) team is delivering material/supplier insights to predict and prevent quality incidents using the latest technology and algorithms. DI Project manager leads development, implementation and initial adoption of the new global cross segment SQA digital Tools in an agile way. It’s role is to leverage best practices for project management incorporating structures, standards, processes, documentation, and reporting

What are we looking for?

Required:

Extensive experience in project management with multi-functional teams

Strong business acumen (especially in Sourcing / Operations / SQA)

Experience in leading (agile) digital projects

Commercial foundations

Analytical Solution Design

Fluent in English

Preferably:

Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or equivalent, or equivalent experience

Knowledge of risk management

User centricity

Experience in leading successful user adoption campaigns

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Project management certification

What will be your key responsibilities?

Driving the roadmap planning and alignment. Facilitates governance forum to ensure transparency and relevant communication with key stakeholders.

Scoping new digital projects supporting needs of SQA function cross-segment

Builds proper project and resource plan by engaging global stakeholders. Assures stakeholder engagement fits the needs of the project

Coordinates internal and 3rd party resources during development, implementation and nurturing phases

Manages aligned project deliverables by regular tracking of activities

Manages various requirements and aligns on prioritisation

Ensures regular project reporting

Puts emphasis on the quality of decision making and timely project delivery.

Ensures business objectives related to the tool are met

Ensures future-proof data architecture and quality

Drives the embedding of the tools into business processes, ways of working and procedures

Drives user adoption. Supports development and deployment of user adoption and communication strategies

Oversees change management processes to improve project success, increase user adoption

Shares lessons learned and best practices across projects. Builds relationships with stakeholders and mediating relationships at all levels

Ensures proper handover to Product Owner

Facilitate roadmap governance forum to ensure transparency and relevant communication with key stakeholders
