Currently we are looking for Digital Manager who leads projects from initiation to implementation within agreed constraints of time, budget, and quality. The role typically has responsibility for both people and budget. They shape solutions and ensures that business requirements are effectively captured and have a good knowledge of different supplier solutions that could support project, and is responsible for risk management, benefits & value management, and as appropriate resolves or escalates identified risks and issues. A Digital Manager helps ensure that project teams adopt quality and compliance standards, policies and procedures, and supports project assurance activities.

Typical Accountabilities

Co-create the digital brand strategy by supporting the Business Units with insights on state-of-the-art technology Responsible to support the Business Units with digital marketing expertise in their digital activities in operational plans Work with relevant members of the marketing team to develop digital campaigns; Cross-TA best practice sharing. Share learnings and learn of other teams’ activities · Advise on the selection of the right digital tools Managing digital campaigns for brand, product and technical services (emailing, approved emails, webinars, web services, applications); Planning and optimizing digital marketing budget; To keep track of the latest developments in digital to identify, prioritize and exploit technologies, platforms and methodologies to make optimize the reach and engagement with new and existing clients To monitor and report on a range of appropriate platform/ channel analytics and KPI's; To manage the external digital agencies and third-party relationship; Steward web initiatives through the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process; Provide recommendations for improvement and make suggestions for best in class services; Manage and/or coordinate with internal/external resources (IS, programmers, Internet Channel Managers) in executing established digital initiatives; Evaluate effectiveness vs cost, in order to further develop efficiency of future activities Responsible for ensuring that services are delivered on time and at agreed cost · Responsible for Digital Compliance Other activities requested by line manager

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Fluent English 5 + years digital marketing experience 3 + years of pharmaceutical or related experience Exceptional interpersonal, communication, leadership, and facilitation skills Project management experience Leadership experience while working with design, marketing, and technology teams Proven teamwork, excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of HTML and websites governance; Experience with SEO fundamentals and how to work within SEO platforms to optimize web pages; Experience with mobile, web analytics (Google Analytics or similar), search (SEO/SEM), content management, and digital media is preferred;

Desirable

Veeva CRM expertise + Veeva Approved Email module will be a strong asset Marketing automation systems practical knowledge Experience of changing organizational attitude towards embracing online and/or digital marketing within pharma industry
