HR Specialist

REQUIREMENTS 

  • minimum bachelor's degree (economy, social sciences, psychology)

  • working experience: 1-3 years of experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities

  • excellent organisational and communication skills,

  • excellent in english in writing and speaking, excellent professional and soft skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in developing HR strategies, guidelines and procedures

  • Support all internal and external HR related activities

  • Collaborate with Manager to develop a strong understanding of the organisational unit culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the needs of the business

  • Support in organisational development activities

  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees

  • Support employee development plans, performance management and training activities

  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

  • Support in corporate communication activities

  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports

  • Perform orientation (onboarding process) for new employees and students

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice

  • All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
