Would you like to as an Operational Excellence (OX) Expert be part of the journey towards a better Financial Crime defense in Nordea? We are now looking for an Operational Excellence Expert who is eager to manage and develop the OX strategy program and support the implementation of it in Know Your Customers (KYC) Services area. We enable and initiate sustainable continuous improvement activities to create great customer experiences and improved efficiency in KYC Services.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the TMSI Capacity & MI team.We provide OX Capability and services to KYCS and TMSI so you would be joining group of many experienced colleagues in the field of Operational Excellence. We are building strong OX Capability to efficiently support KYCS and TMSI creating common ways of working and utilizing our capabilities in best way. As an OX Expert you play a valuable role in shaping the Operational Excellence culture, building Operational Excellence capability and OX maindset and implementing Operational Excellence program in KYC Services area.

What you’ll be doing:

Shape and drive OX strategy and implement Operational Excellence program Shape and deploy OX tools and methods ( Daily Management, Problem Solving, VSM, Hoshin Planning, Gemba Walks etc.) Facilitate Kaizen events, OX workshops or other improvement initiatives Support KYCS area in resolving issues through supporting or driving strategy OX projects, OX initiatives and coaching, mentoring Problem Solving sessions Support building continuous improvement culture and mindset by sharing, implementing and maintaining the best practises Actively collaborating with OX communities and different senior stakeholders Train and coach teams to build proper level of OX capability in KYCS Lead the OX Capability Community consisting of local OX Driveres and OX Champions in KYCS


You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative team with great atmosphere, where your team members and the nearest stakeholders can be located in the Nordic countries, Poland and Estonia.

This role can be based in Poland, Estonia or Finland.

Your experience and background: 

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in OX or Lean area Certified in a relevant field, like Nordea OX Certications, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, is a benefit Training and workshop facilitation skills Communication skills related to Change management Professional in English (both written and spoken) Professional collaboration skills with your team members and stakeholders
