The role of a Dubbing/Voice Over Production Assistant at Iyuno is instrumental in ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of our media localization projects. This position plays a crucial part in supporting the various aspects of our production process, encompassing financial management, studio booking, customer relationship management, and script preparation. The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate the coordination and communication between different departments, allowing for the smooth progression of projects and the delivery of high-quality localized content. Additionally, this position is designed to provide crucial support to our Project Managers in their daily duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Project Managers: The Production Assistant is a key ally to Project Managers, providing essential support to help them successfully carry out their daily duties. They assist in various project-related tasks, such as scheduling, documentation, and coordination, ensuring that Project Managers can focus on overseeing and optimizing project workflows

Maintaining Production Databases: The Production Assistant is responsible for keeping our production databases up-to-date. This involves managing financial records, studio booking information, and customer databases. By doing so, they contribute to the accuracy and transparency of project management, enabling the company to make well-informed decisions and maintain efficient financial control.

Script Preparation: Preparing scripts for voice recordings is a core responsibility of the Production Assistant. This task requires careful attention to detail and linguistic proficiency, as the accuracy of the script is paramount to the quality of the final product. The Production Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the talent has the necessary materials to deliver exceptional dubbing and voice-over performances.

Interdepartmental Communication: Facilitating communication between different departments within the organization is another significant responsibility of this role. The Production Assistant serves as a linchpin, connecting the various teams involved in media localization, such as project managers, voice talent, and technical staff. This role ensures that information flows smoothly, issues are addressed promptly, and projects progress without unnecessary delays.

Our requirements:

Native level of Polish language, proficiency in English - at least B2 level

Good knowledge of Windows operating systems

Attention to detail

Communication skills and ability to work in a team

Good time management and organizational skills

Not afraid to ask questions; you like challenges :-)

Able to see the broader context of the position and department

Looking for solutions independently; you act dynamically
