Data Engineer - ETL Pipelines & Data Processing

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with a strong background in building efficient, high-quality, and scalable ETL data pipelines and data-oriented products. This role requires deep expertise in parallel computing, SQL optimization, and a solid understanding of analytical and problem-solving techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient ETL pipelines and data products.
  • Optimize and manage SQL queries to ensure peak performance.
  • Leverage parallel computing and processing techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver impactful, commercially valuable products.
  • Analyze data to generate reports for various business needs, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Mid to senior level experience, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience in query optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with parallel computing and processing.
  • Familiarity with C++, Slang, Python, Pandas, Kafka, and Hadoop is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in data-focused roles within tech environments.
