Job Description

Your Responsibilities

Oversees the quality, accuracy and timeliness of process activities within Invoice processing EMEA GBS STP team Maintains excellent relationships with internal & external stakeholders (incl. Procurement, Suppliers etc.) Sets goals & defines priorities for the team; supports team in solving problems on daily basis Ensures process execution in accordance to policies, legal regulations, internal controls and standards Proactively drives standardization and continuous improvement for processes in scope Ensures process documentation (process maps and Standard Operating Procedures) is in place and regularly updated Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office. 

Your Profile

2 years of experience in finance area preferred Experience in Team leader/ Supervisor position  Very good written and spoken French Good written and spoken English MS Office Skills, including advanced Excel literacy High problem-solving and coordination skills High customer and service orientation Very good communication skills and assertiveness MA/BA degree in accountancy, economics or finance related field is a plus Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office ( up. Kolorowa 6)
