We are looking for a Activation Lead to join our Talent COE.

To stay current in our ever evolving JLL world, we need to streamline and standardise the activation of our Talent Products to be simpler, faster and create a positive employee experience. You will be responsible for leading the activation of key Talent products via AI, Knowledge Management, Presentations and Training.

What this job involves

As the Lead for supporting Talent Product Heads bring the talent product onto our internal market, once the talent product is close to design completion, you will be responsible for end to end project management of activating the product within JLL (HR, Managers, Employees)

The role therefore requires the ability to plan, manage and deliver to deadlines working primarily with our business support groups in India (JBS/HR Direct), internal stakeholders (HR people experience partners, peers within L&D and HR).

Written and Verbal Communication Skills

The ability to clearly, succinctly and impactful convert talent product content to be AI ready and also for compelling, easy to read and use collateral to empower HR, Managers and Employees to understand their role in embedding the talent products into ways of working. This requires strong English writing communication skills (grammar, tone and articulation), attention to detail required for editing and finalization of work. As products sometimes require briefings for stakeholders, clear verbal communication skills are also key for this role. This will also help you in sharing information and getting content and ideas across clearly. Your ability to convey information persuasively is highly important for the role.

Collaboration Skills

You’ll fit in as a Lead only if you carry a ‘can do’ attitude and have a positive mind-set. Because the job will demand multi-tasking while you drive changes and operational efficiencies. As we have a continuous-improvement approach across our businesses, we would want you too to have the same. As an activation lead, you should be able to collaborate with others regardless of their role, business or location.

Skills:

Project Management Skills with Excellent organization and time management skills with a great attention to detail

Proactive in driving change and seeking improvements

Adept at managing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment

Ability to build strong working partnerships with key stakeholders

Excellent communication skills including (English) written and verbal

Qualifications and Experience:

Typically, 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR role or similar role
