Our team is responsible for providing support on HR lifecycle and benefits administration for our employees in EU. We foster a culture focused on employee experience excellence and continuous process improvement by providing “Best in Class” support and advise on simple and complex questions/requests from employees, leaders and/or HR partners.

Partner with the best

As a HR Services Specialist, you will work within the People Operations Team across Europe and will be reporting to the HR Global Center Lead. You will partner not only with your multi-cultural team but with other functions such as Total Rewards, Onboarding, Payroll or HR Partners across EU.

As a HR People Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Administrating across Europe the HR lifecycle processes and/or ensuring the correct delivery of the employee’s benefits meeting within the deadlines.

Maintaining the accuracy of HR operations in line with internal and labor code provisions as well as BH policy.

Using the systems and procedures manage the employees document workflow.

Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization, and simplification within assigned area(s).

Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements and employee experience.

Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.

Dealing with ad-hoc support on projects.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have previous experience working in HR, preferably in lifecycle, offboarding or benefits.

Have experience using HR systems (Workday or similar), Ticketing systems, Signature administrator system.

Have experience in using Microsoft office package (good Excel).

Have knowledge of the HR document workflow and some understanding of local labor regulations.

Have proficiency in English plus Polish.

Have excellent communication skills.

Have a client focus mindset and good attention to details.

Be able to recognize and switch among tasks to prioritize upon business needs.
