We are looking for a Revenue Growth Management Functional Analyst who will be Working closely with BPX Key Customers in the Revenue Growth Management area as key expert of Solution, assuring the best end-to-end experience and service delivery. Your key role will be to configuration of system based on the customer needs Leading the deployments of RGM applications making sure that projects are done in scope and accurately. Working closely with the Project Management to control budget and timeframe and with Functional Lead to understand configuration needs

It is possible, that depending on the project you will be assigned to:

work hours will be from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the first project, which may last approximately 10 months. Later on, projects for Europe are planned, so the hours will change to European time. The project will involve implementation of Salesforce TPM solution for world leading FMCG company.

SALARY:

People with no experience as TPM consultants during the learning period: Junior -  155 EUR/day (B2B)

People with experience working as Visualfabriq or Salesforce: Regular - 300 EUR/ day (B2B), Senior - from 400 EUR/day (B2B)

Zakres Twoich zadań:

  • Developing strong customer relationships through a deep understanding of their goals, motivations, and business needs. · Great understanding of the RGM solution (how all the modules works).

     

  • Managing the implementation of RGM Solutions according to the blueprint and using standard business processes, agile project management tools, and shared workspaces. 

  • Understanding customer’s configuration needs and translating their requirements into an optimal setup that is aligned with our implementation blueprint and product roadmap.

  • Cooperating closely with other BPX rollout teams to deliver a streamlined end-to-end solution with integrated RGM and SAP applications to the customer.

  • Implementing system/application configurations with the customer. · Providing thorough specifications to the development teams making sure customer requirements are fully met.

  • Preparing test scripts for markets of your customers.

  • Sharing lessons learned, customer experiences, and best practices with the Revenue Management Solutions team.

  • Testing new functionalities in line with customer and roadmap requirements before implementation.

Nasze oczekiwania

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 3+ years work experience in the CPG industry in the area of: revenue management, sales, trade marketing or sales support or trade finance

  • alternatively 3 year’s experience in consulting and willignes to learn RGM · Appreciation of Super User/ Key User/ Power User/ SME of any TPM tool.

  • Good experience in IT-related activities like application implementations or rollout projects.

     

  • Knowledge of Digital transformation processes and related business change.

  • Participation in project delivery/development and/or project management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills. · Accountable team member able to work autonomously and with attention to detail.

  • Technical experience and/or knowledge of technical concepts.

  • Fast learner with very good analytical skills.
