Zakres Twoich zadań:
- Zrozumienie potrzeb biznesowych klienta i przełożenie tych wymagań na optymalną konfigurację narzędzia RGM
- Ścisła współpraca z innymi zespołami wdrażającymi, aby dostarczyć klientowi usprawnione, kompleksowe rozwiązanie z zintegrowanymi aplikacjami RGM i SAP.
- Wdrażanie konfiguracji systemu/aplikacji wspólnie z klientem.
- Przygotowanie wersji demonstracyjnych narzędzia dla klientów.
- Prowadzenie spotkań mających na celu zaprezentowanie klientowi funkcjonalności narzędzia RGM.
- Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości wiedzy specjalistycznej i doradztwa w celu prowadzenia najlepszych w swojej klasie wdrożeń rozwiązań RGM.
- Udział w przygotowywaniu skryptów testowych.
- Przeprowadzanie sesji mających na celu testowanie wdrożonych rozwiązań.
- Współtworzenie dokumentacji projektowej.
Nasze oczekiwania
- 3 lub więcej lat doświadczenia zawodowego w branży CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) w obszarze: zarządzania przychodami, sprzedaży, marketingu handlowego lub wsparcia sprzedaży.
- Doświadczenie w roli Super User/ Key User/ Power User/ SME w narzędziach TPM.
- Doświadczenie w działaniach związanych z technologią informacyjną, takich jak wdrażanie aplikacji czy projekty wdrożeniowe.
- Znajomość procesów transformacji cyfrowej i związanych z nimi zmian biznesowych.
- Zrozumienie dostarczania oprogramowania/rozwoju oraz zarządzania projektami.
- Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację w mowie i piśmie.
- Doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne, organizacyjne.
- Odpowiedzialny członek zespołu zdolny do pracy autonomicznej i z dbałością o szczegóły.
- Doświadczenie techniczne i/lub znajomość pojęć technicznych.
- Gotowość do podróży służbowych USA/Europa od 15-20% czasu pracy.
