Workday Support Specialist

We are looking for a Workday Support Specialist to serve as the point of contact for all Workday-related matters.
- You will be the first point of contact for all issues related to Workday, providing on-site consultation with your Workday expertise.
- You will handle the classification, categorization, and prioritization of people requests in our ticketing system (Jira) and Workday.
- You will be responsible for the operation and support of all Workday-related topics.
Qualifications
- You have initial work experience in Workday service.
- You are proficient in handling Windows operating systems (Windows 11 in network environments), MacOS, and common hardware and software products.
- You are familiar with the M365 product suite and have initial experience in administering these and Atlassian products.
- You bring a high level of service and customer orientation.
- You embody determination, a high degree of proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- You possess excellent English skills.
