We are currently looking for:

Insurance Specialist
Location: Kraków

Key tasks and responsibilities: 
The person employed as Insurance Specialist will be responsible for supporting Insurance Team in daily activities related to CANPACK Group insurance programs, claims, and budget, mainly in:

  • Global coordination of Group insurance programs and claims,
  • Collecting and presentation of the data required for risk assessment / renewals,
  • Administration of policies and claims data,
  • Notifying Group’s insurers about claims on insurance policies,   
  • Preparing analysis of the claim trends, collecting information about implemented corrective actions,
  • Building risk awareness amongst employees by providing support and training within the company,
  • Creation and control of Headquarters and Group Insurance budget.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics or similar
  • Insurance Broker’s exam, work experience in similar position and general Accounting knowledge in particular related with booking of insurance costs will be added value,
  • Analytical skills and eye for detail,
  • Ability to work in a team with good communication skills,
  • Timeliness and accuracy in performing tasks,
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills,
  • Fluent English (C1).
