The Role
Currently, we are looking for Director, Country HR who will direct the human resource functions for a country.
The professional on this position will be responsible for:
partnering and collaboration with line management and executive teams and other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to workforce development and productivity
providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives (such as workforce optimization) and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues
through partnering with other HR functions, deployment and execution of HR programs (such as compensation, benefits, workforce diversity) and strategy

Functional Experience:
at least 8 years of experience as HR Business Partner/Generalist
Talent (Acquisition, Development, Succession)

Proven ability to lead a multi-function organization and work in a global, matrixed environment.
Proven ability to lead through cultural and organizational transformation.
Personal Characteristics:

Fluent English skill
Knowledge of Polish language on native level
