Position Description

-Contact new, untouched or inactive customers in order to increase QIAGEN market reach

- Internal and external clarification and communication of customers' requests by exploring customers’ needs and evaluate existing resources and capabilities

- Meets or exceed quarterly goals given

-Collect feedback from customers about webinars and gather market intelligence

-Increase product awareness

-Generate sales prospects

-Cooperate with Campaign Managers to plan future marketing activities and or with Sales Team to maximize the conversion rate

-Documentation and clean-up of customer information in Customer Relationship Database (Salesforce.com)

-Support of local exhibitions and seminars (send materials, document attendees, support customers inquiries).

-Participation in global projects.

Position Requirements

- Readiness to work min. 30 hours weekly (civil contract for period of 12 months)

-Very good knowledge of English.

-Sales/Telesales experience will be a benefit

-Strong communicational skills, polite and business professional etiquette

-Highly organized and service-oriented way of working

-Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with local and internationally-based project team members.

-Very good knowledge in MS Office applications preferred
