Mission

Bridor est une entreprise internationale de renom spécialisée dans les produits de boulangerie haut de gamme. Reconnu comme pour son excellence et son innovation, Bridor est établi comme un leader dans l'industrie de la boulangerie dans un environnement dynamique en fort développement. Alors que nous poursuivons notre croissance en Europe centrale et orientale, nous recherchons un Assistant Commercial (H/F) pour soutenir notre équipe locale et participer au développement de l'entreprise dans la région. Vous serez un lien essentiel entre nos équipes locales en Pologne, nos équipes en France ainsi que nos clients et partenaires. Ce poste est localisé à Varsovie. 

Les principales responsabilités sont les suivantes : 

Être le contact privilégié entre les équipes locales, le siège en France et les parties prenantes externes Aider à la coordination des activités commerciales (traitement des commandes, logistique, demandes d'échantillons produits...) Être le relai de l'équipe commerciale pour les différentes demandes clients et partenaires et garantir la meilleure satisfaction possible  Fournir un soutien administratif à l'équipe commerciale (reportings, base de données, voyages d'affaires...) Organiser les différents événements de l'équipe tout au long de l'année (réunions, visites du siège, salons professionnels...)  Participer aux différents projets de l'entreprise, notamment les évolutions digitales 

Profil

De formation supérieure en commerce, marketing ou domaine connexe, vous avez une première expérience dans un rôle similaire, avec des relations multiples et variées et de nombreux sujets à traitées en parallèle. Vos compétences en communication et votre relationnel facilitent les échanges au quotidien auprès de publics très variés en interne comme à l'externe. Organisé et rigoureux, vous savez travailler efficacement et vous gérez aisément vos priorités au quotidien. Autonome dans votre quotidien et votre organisation, vous êtes à l'aise avec le travail en équipe.La maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du polonais est requise, tout comme l'aisance avec les outils informatiques. Vous cherchez à mettre votre sens du service et votre efficacité au service d'une entreprise en plein développement et dans un environnement multiculturel ? N'hésitez pas à candidater
