We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the Data & Analytics transformation program, which includes 5 different workstreams (Data Platform, Market Engagement, Data Products, WOW org, Change Management).

YOU WILL

  • Manage large, complex programs with multiple workstreams and multiple leaders
  • Manage all project management processes (governance, daily reviews, risk management, project planning, etc.)
  • Bring clarity and structure to the entire program and all the people involved
  • Measure and monitor program performance against defined success criteria
  • Independently set the agenda and run governance meetings
  • Effectively partner with leaders (partnering vs. subservient relationship).

YOU NEED

  • Experience in leading a complex program from the ground up (proven track record).
  • Experience leading transformation programs.
  • Proactive and energetic personality, excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with high-level stakeholders and manage their expectations.
  • Ability to think on feet and synthesize information to support decision making.
  • Proficient PowerPoint skills to create effective presentations.
