What will you actually do?

Headcount and labor cost : headcount planning and labor cost budgeting within corporate planning cycles, monthly headcount and labor cost tracking and variance explanation; HR data:  preparation of regular external and internal HR reports (JSOX-reports, Monthly & Annual HR Dashboards); Annual Salary Review and Annual Bonus : preparation, calculation, system maintenance; Payroll validation and JSOX controls preparation;   Payline construction and validation; Reporting coordination:  ensure effective communication with the Finance department to guarantee the accurate provision of HR data regarding HC, salary, bonus, benefits; Job evaluation: positions assessment based on Hay methodology; Local Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures : initial preparation, distribution and support to employees with any quarries related to these documents.

You as a person:

University degree (economics or finance is preferable); Experience in C&B or HR analytics of the multinational company is a plus; Strong analytical skills; Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);  Fluent English; Knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage.
