The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

What you will be responsible for

We offer roles in various teams in the area of investment and fund services: Transfer Agency

As Transfer Agency Analyst you will:

Be responsible for the correct and timely processing of specific activities performed in the areas of Transfer Agency Services

Be involved in a significant number of contacts with internal and external clients, Transfer Agents and other groups within State Street

Make sure any discrepancy is monitored and resolved professionally

Ensure clients’ instructions are processed in a timely fashion

Perform reconciliation, client administration and analyze the information received

Make sure any client’s instruction as well as discrepancy is monitored and resolved professionally

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

Good command of Italian

Good command of English

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Basic understanding of financial services would be beneficial
