About this job:

In this role, you will become a part of the German Reference Data team. The main purpose would be to act as subject matter expert regarding Nielsen processes and procedures. You will also be responsible for continuous improvement of processes towards efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility and working out solutions and functions to any issues outside of BAU. As an SME you would also be accountable for delivery of projects and various initiatives that will have an impact on Nielsen’s deliverables to clients.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for execution of client requests and data investigations for suspicious information, ensuring expected quality and delivery timings are met  Identify problems, determine root causes as well as action plans. Make recommendations for improvements within internal processes  Participate in RD-related projects and initiatives Ensure BAU process documentation is updated on a regular basis or created from scratch if needed and stored in an agreed place  Daily work in a virtual and multicultural environment through cooperation with stakeholders and colleagues to deliver against the set objectives  Providing an explanation to data driven questions Conducting investigations for queries coming in to DE RD Preparing corrections for the data if needed

Qualifications:

Experience in RD environment Good communication skills (English) Analytical mindset Excel (pivots and working on bigger datasets) knowledge
