Wea are now recruiting Delegation Support Manager who will support offshore business delegating employees for work abroad for execution of offshore projects. Delegation Support Manager supports global mobility processes by providing business requirements.Delegation Support Manager is responsible for providing delegation support to line and support functions providing site based roles for execution of offshore projects globally with a view to ensure that the company is compliant with rules and regulations in the host countries and that the company and employees are covered against risk related to cross-border posting of workers.
Delegation Coordinator is responsible for providing the relevant information prior to entering new countries and starting up new projects with regard to rules and regulations in the said country and to ensure that the relevant project information is fed into relevant global mobility tools.
Delegation Coordinator is responsible for ensure adequate communication and training to impacted managers and employees to ensure relevant information related to working abroad is known.
Delegation Coordinator is responsible for initiating and executing relevant immigration applications.RESPONSIBILITIES:Prior execution of projects: Entering New Projects / Countries
Provide fact-supported input to ENP process regarding: Immigration requirements / pre-investigation with Vialto, Posted Workers Declarations, Social Security, Tax / tax ID, Insurance, local vaccination recommendations etc., Home / host based assignment support.Prior execution of projects: Creation of project in GM Tools
Communication to Global Mobility, delegating line managers, employees etc. ; Internal training employees/Proxies; Project assessment / Project conceptPrior execution of projects: Creation of processes and instructions
Based ENP process input, draft process description for operating model; Develop instructions and input for training materialPrior and during execution of projects: Global support, alignment and training
Global support, training, and alignment with other Offshore hubs; Travel Insurance support; White collar compensation guideline support DK; Onboarding trainingsDuring execution of projects: Immigration applications
Maintain process descriptions / instructions; Develop templates; Training, advisory, operational support; Preparation and execution of applications; Coordination of biometric, embassy appointments, passport expiry etc.During execution of projects: Posted Workers Declarations and social security
Process support; Training, advisory, support and escalations; Support special cases; Employer declarations; Coordination with project sitesDuring and after execution of projects: Tax support
Application process tax ID etc.; Support the employees with calendar, questionnaires, documents etc.; Coordination with Tax team and external service providers, project sites etc.Other tasks:
Support Global Mobility, new tools, processes etc. specifying business needs and requirements; Internal communication, advisory, support and coordinationREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:+5 years practical experience with immigration and cross-border assignment of workers for construction activities in multiple countries; 
Knowledge about posted workers regulations; 
Knowledge about social security regulations; 
Willingness to learn and ability to learn by doing. 
 No direct management responsibilities, but must be capable of working across of different management levels and functions.
Capable of making decisions based on acquired facts - and courage to defend the decisions.
Strong communication skills.
Capable of working independent. Reliable and trustworthy. Good listening skills. Detail oriented and persistent, performance of high quality.Cross-cultural mindset.
