To będą Twoje główne obowiązki  Opracowywanie i realizacja działań/kampanii marketingowych dostosowanych do poziomu regionu (Polska, kraje nordyckie i bałtyckie), wykorzystując różnorodne narzędzia marketingowe online i offline; Tworzenie i wdrażanie programów promocyjnych w ramach aktywnych działalności biznesowych i podległych krajów, w celu realizacji globalnych i regionalnych strategii marketingowych;  Zwiększanie świadomości oraz dbałość o wizerunek i widoczność marek produktów i usług aftermarketowych i marek usługowych na wszystkim poziomie;  Świadczenie wsparcia sprzedażowego lokalnym klientom, w tym tworzenie prezentacji, materiałów promocyjnych i reklamowych, uczestnictwo w targach i wydarzeniach oraz wdrażanie promocji sprzedaży;  Ścisła współpraca z regionalnym zespołem sprzedaży w celu zapewnienia zgodności i wsparcia w regionie;  Adaptacja i wdrażanie globalnych kampanii, komunikatów prasowych, treści internetowych i materiałów w językach lokalnych;  Generowanie miesięcznych raportów szczegółowo opisujących lokalne działania marketingowe i analiza ich wpływu;  Współpraca z klientami, partnerami zewnętrznymi, a także z globalnymi i regionalnymi kolegami z Działu Marketingu;  Zarządzanie listami kontaktowymi (CRM) oraz efektywna realizacja kampanii (marketing automation). Taki jest Twój profil:  Stopień licencjata w dziedzinie marketingu, zarządzania biznesem lub pokrewnym obszarze;  Udokumentowane doświadczenie w obszarze marketingu lub wsparcia sprzedaży, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zorientowania na klienta;  Silne zrozumienie kanałów i narzędzi marketingowych;  Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne, zarówno pisemne, jak i werbalne, ze znajomością języków obcych język polski i angielski jest wymagany;  Umiejętność efektywnej pracy pod presją czasu i zarządzania wieloma projektami jednocześnie;  Silne umiejętności analityczne i zdolność interpretacji danych w celu podejmowania decyzji;  Oferujemy: Umowę o pracę w stabilnej, globalnej firmie; Pakiet wdrożeniowy - pełne szkolenie i wsparcie doświadczonych menedżerów i pracowników, którzy zadbają, abyś czuł się komfortowo wykonując nowo powierzone zadania; Hybrydowy system pracy; Możliwość korzystania z prywatnej opieki medycznej i ubezpieczenia na życie; Roczny bonus, system kafeterii; Bardzo dobrą atmosferę pracy; pracę w międzynarodowym zespole, interesujące projekty i zadania.
