For our Finance Team we are currently looking for the  Senior Manager- Global AP.

We are looking for Senior Manager- Global AP to join our team in Katowice, to lead a team of AP professionals, ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. The Senior Manager- Global AP will be managing the entire Accounts Payable process across several legal entities that will be serviced from the Centre. In addition, this role will be the Global Process Owner for Accounts Payable driving process efficiency and standardization supported by an appropriate level of automation.

Responsibilities in this role will be:

As a Global Process Owner you will:

Define and standardize AP processes globally Develop and implement AP policies, procedures, and best practices Define controls to mitigate fraud and compliance risks  Work closely with local and global teams to align processes and ensure consistency Establish KPIs and monitor process effectiveness Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and streamlining Drive change management initiatives related to AP processes 

As a AP Manager you will:

Lead and manage the AP team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Monitor AP performance metrics and drive process improvements Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve AP-related issues Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits Ensure adherence to ICFR and other relevant guidelines Prepare regular AP reports for senior leadership Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities, and process bottlenecks Provide insights to drive strategic decision-making

We are looking for you to have: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field (Finance & Accounting) Very good knowledge of English Expertise in AP process Minimum 7 years’ experience in supervising AP processes and teams Must be able to manage people performance and development  Strong customer focus (for internal stakeholders and external customers)  Support process development and implementation Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics D365/Navision preferred Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office Must be ready to work in line with finance deadlines and calendar – . month and year-end closing
