Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and approve accounts reconciliations.

Process journal entries, maintain them with accordance to accounting principles US GAAP/IFRS.

Analyze GR/IR account and drive appropriate accounting actions.

Calculate accruals and prepaids, perform costs allocation, revaluation.

Participate in month-end processes, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and according to month and year end closing schedule.

Monitor discrepancies on dedicated accounts, perform adequate actions to clear them.

Developing strong familiarity with accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS).

Build and maintain good working relationships with relevant teams across a wide range of areas throughout the organization.

Acts as a resource in training of other team members.

Actively participate in continuous improvement activities, provide feedback to improve existing processes and efficiency.

Ensure proper company policies and documented SOX procedures are being followed.

Support audit as required.

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant experience in accounting.

Relevant University degree preferred - Accounting or Finance or equivalent education.

Good knowledge of accounting principles.

Upper advanced English.

SAP experience would be an advantage.

Very good analytical skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Flexibility to work within a changing environment.
