We are looking for a business-minded Business Manager experienced in sales and project delivery for the public sector, preferably in IT services. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for business development establishing good relations with Sii clients in the public sector, and acquiring new customers.

Your role Active acquiring new customers and business opportunities Selling a wide portfolio of IT services Being responsible for organizing and conducting the sales process, including meetings with customers, preparation of offers and presentations, and coordination of contracts Close cooperation with competency centers Achieving defined sales objectives Observing and analyzing the market Acting following the mission, main goals, and key values of the company Your skills Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in the IT market (preferably in the IT services) Knowledge of the needs and solutions of the Polish public market Previous work with sales and delivery of IT projects Experience in preparing sales offers and conducting meetings and presentations, supervising the preparation of the offer by consultants Higher education (IT or Business degree preferred) Ability to establish good relationships with clients and look for new business opportunities & win profitable contracts High-achieving personality, goal-oriented, dedicated, and self-reliant Full proficiency in English
