Zapewniamy

Do Twoich zadań będzie należało

  • Dbałość o rozwój istniejących produktów oraz inicjowanie procesów mających na celu wdrażanie nowych pomysłów;
  • Aktywna współpraca z zespołem w obszarze projektowania i zarządzania specyfikacjami mając na celu terminowe wykonywanie działań produkcyjnych związanych z wdrażaną koncepcją;
  • Bezpośrednie zarządzanie komunikacją wewnętrzną w firmie związaną z informacjami dotyczącymi poszczególnych produktów;
  • Analiza potrzeb Klientów celem podejmowania trafnych decyzji w zakresie wdrażania konkretnego produktu;
  • Ścisła współpraca z dostawcami oraz z innymi Działami firmy, tj. Produkcja, Logistyka, Marketing, Sprzedaż.

U kandydatów zwracamy uwagę na

  • Doświadczenie zawodowe zdobyte na pokrewnym stanowisku (mile widziane w branży rowerowej);
  • Praktyczną wiedzę w zakresie zarządzania projektami oraz umiejętną współpracę z wieloma podwykonawcami oraz znajomość języka angielskiego;
  • Doświadczenie związane z aktywnością marketingową oraz analizą poszczególnych działań w zakresie wdrażania produktów;
  • Możliwość wykonywania pracy w Gdańsku, a jeśli nie mieszkasz w Trójmieście – chęć do dojazdów w razie potrzeby do siedziby firmy;
  • Dynamiczne i wytrwałe działania dotyczące realizacji zaplanowanych celów oraz otwartość na nowe wyzwania zawodowe.
