Position Overview

Our Creative Content Specialist role is a specialist with a specific skillset centered around design. A successful candidate must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch, ability to edit and manipulate creative, and will be responsible for the development and creation of production ready graphics. Additionally, needs to be digitally savvy and have a strong social presence along with exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities Digital manipulation (including, product, color, layout, Create and maintain standards and systems for retouching on all assets produced Determine how best to represent a brand concept visually, specifically regarding art / graphic design Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use Coordinate activities with brands, agencies, internal design teams Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features Complete templated assets for brand campaigns while providing suggestions to maximize engagement Present designs to clients/brand teams/ legal for final approval Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.) Language proficiency in English is a must for this role Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; experience w/ CPG a plus Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must Self-motivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote
