OpenText Content Server Platform Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an OpenText Content Server Platform Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the OpenText Content Server platform along with additional expertise in various OpenText products including Archive Center, Directory Services, Brava, Blazon, Office Editor, Content Web Services, Smart UI, xECM for SAP, Web Reports Development, and Oscript Development.

Mandatory Skills

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the OpenText Content Server platform and associated products.
2. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to system functionality, performance, and integration.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements.
4. Perform system maintenance tasks including upgrades, patches, and configurations.
5. Develop and maintain documentation such as user guides, technical specifications, and procedures.
6. Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams on platform features and best practices.
7. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to content management and collaboration.

Good to Have Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience in supporting and administering the OpenText Content Server platform.
3. Extensive knowledge of additional OpenText products including Archive Center, Directory Services, Brava, Blazon, Office Editor, Azure Cloud, Content Web Services, Smart UI, xECM for SAP, Web Reports Development, and OScript.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
6. Experience with cloud-based solutions and services, particularly Azure Cloud, is highly desirable.
7. Certification in OpenText products is a plus.
