Zakres obowiązków:
zapewnienie sprawnego działania Magazynu i realizacji celów biznesowych planowanie, organizacja i nadzór nad realizacją zadań w zespole budowa ducha zespołu oraz motywowanie pracowników do zaangażowania w realizację zadań kontrola pracy w magazynie oraz jej zgodność z obowiązującymi procedurami wewnętrznymi i przepisami BHP administracja magazynu inicjowanie i wdrażanie działań optymalizacji procesów i kosztów w podległym obszarze utrzymanie operacyjności magazynu m.in. poprzez zapewnienie sprawności urządzeń, nośników i materiałów operacyjnych tworzenie raportów i zestawień realizacja innych prac związanych z koordynacją operacyjną oddziału
Profil kandydata:
wykształcenie min. średnie dobra obsługa komputera oraz pakietu MS Office doświadczenie w branży logistycznej oraz znajomość branży kurierskiej będzie dodatkowym atutem zdolności organizacyjne i przywódcze gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym zdolność szybkiego uczenia się umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu znajomość języka angielskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem (A2/B1) łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów i wysoka kultura osobista zaangażowanie i odpowiedzialność samodzielność w podejmowaniu decyzji
