Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Processing documents in VIM on various exceptions for various units.
  • Posting of IC invoices.
  • Closing of AP books and completing AP account reconciliation.
  • Preparing automatic and manual payments.
  • Performing intercompany payables process including netting and vendor account reconciliation.
  • Generic mailbox managing.
  • Bank data confirmation process.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Min. 1 year experience in a multinational environment in a similar position (Accounting, Administration, Customer Support).
  • Very good English skills (B2+/C1).
  • Knowledge of MS tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work independently and in a team.
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of German or French.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (Navision, Salesforce, Symfonia).
