Used Equipment Coordinator

Atlas Copco Polska Sp z o. o. – Used Equipment Department is currently looking for a candidate for the position of Used Equipment Coordinator to be located in our office in or Refurbishment Center in Mikolow or Warsaw. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to fit with a small but charismatic & dynamic team environment within a market leading Global Business.

Main responsibilities:

Link between Used Equipment Department, Workshop technicians, Power Technique Service Division and external partners, constant ongoing communication and ensuring refurbishment and delivery of used equipment is done in time, a focus on excellence & quality with a “right first time” philosophy.

Robust delivery of all Policies, Process

Ongoing improvement process related to Procedures and processes, related to operations and logistics

Sub-suppliers management and relationship building

Local productive support and Quality control

Local logistic (delivery ready and follow-up)

Parts and partner management internal and external, following robust processes

The role is equality divided between process managment and inventory managment. 

Experience, knowledge and education required:

3 - 5 years of experience in similar role

Experience with Forklift use would be a great advantage 

Technical educational background or qualification or similar experience

Very good knowledge of MS Office, with SAP being an advantage

Languages: native in Polish and very good knowledge of English language

A valid driving license and valid EU working permit are required

Personality requirements:

Strong customer focus, pro-active and result-oriented

“CAN DO” attitude, drive to succeed & excellent organizer

Able to communicate at all levels with an open “mind attitude”.

Self-motivated, self-organized, energetic with high level of responsibility and loyalty.

Structured and practical approach with the ability to solve daily issues, being capable to drive actions into positive end.

Willingness to follow procedures, but openness in creativity and innovation.

Team Player, promoting team spirit, fairness and respect for all individuals in the organization
